Mark Hunton

A native of California's Sacramento River delta, Mark Huton has lived in San Diego for more than 15 years. A percussionist since his teens, Mark has been a fixture in the San Diego world music scene, playing and recording with bands including Worm Hole Effect and other local artists. After teaching himself to play Native American cedar flutes, Mark began writing and recording music. Inspired by his climbs in the Himalayas and trekking between Nepal and Tibet, and by the birth of his children, Mark put creates music that will move you and propel you on your own inner journey.
